Brie and Prosciutto Pizza
Homemade pizza is the best thing ever. When Clinton and I first started dating, his mother showed me how she made her semi-homemade pizzas. I instantly new I would need to make these all the time for Clinton. They are awesome because there are so many different ways you can make them!
Ingredients :
1/4 cup Pesto Sauce
1/4 cup Alfredo Sauce
4.8 oz box of Brie
3 slices of cooked bacon
1/2 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
Balsamic glaze
Olive oil
5-6 slices Prosciutto
Mama Mary's Thin Pizza Crust
Directions:
First, preheat your oven to 400.
Put one tbsp of olive oil on your pizza crust and spread it all around. Then place in oven for 3 minutes to get a good crispy crust on your pizza.
After 3 minutes take out of the oven and add your pesto and alfredo sauce to the pizza. Just smear it in a circular motion until all but your edges are covered.
Then, add chunks of Brie all over your pizza. I took off the shelling of the Brie. If you do not do this your cheese will not melt as well.
Next, add crushed (cooked) bacon, cherry tomatoes, and prosciutto slices.
Pop in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until your crust is golden brown and all of your cheese has melted.
Remove from oven and drizzle your balsamic glaze on top of your pizza! Slice and enjoy!
