Copycat Catherine’s Market Sausage Dip

One thing I’ve learned growing up going to Lake Martin is that you always have to stop at Catherine’s Market. One of the main reasons we make it a priority to stop is to pick up some of their amazing sausage dip!
This sausage dip is made in house and is always fresh! I have attempted to recreate this fan favorite, and I must admit I’ve gotten pretty close. It tastes almost identical. It is so easy and it will be a perfect dip for your Memorial Day party.

Ingredients:
1 pound hot sausage (Jimmy Dean)
1 (10-oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, cut into pieces
1 heaping cup of cheddar cheese
1 cup of sour cream
1 Tbsp of cayenne pepper
Directions:
Cook and drain your sausage
While the sausage is hot add all of your ingredients to a mixing bowl
Stir all of your ingredients together
Refrigerate your dip for at least 30 minutes before serving (it is good hot or cold, but Catherine’s serves it cold)! Enjoy!
